The farm itself is of the old school. It’s most recent use was for horses.
Everything on the farm is a hands-on effort.

Having an older environment does take a little more time and energy, but it gives reason to be out with our alpacas and adds that satisfaction of doing and learning as we go!

With help of friends and family, we have tackled just about everything. From converting horse stalls into large pens, roofing the barn to fencing, we’ve worked at making it happen at Celestial Casa Alpacas.

This year, we added baling our own hay! Still waiting for our own hay bind, raking and baling were the result of a little guidance from friends and a lot of sweat from the family!
